About

Our finca is located in the east part of Mallorca north of  the city of Manacor.

Two big modern residential houses on top of the finca host retreats of different kinds. Widespread gardens, terraces and a large pool outside, inside spacious bright rooms is what makes this spot a popular location for shootings of all kinds.

There are paddocks, stables, a round pen, a riding arena and bridle paths spread over 220 000 sqm of land. Peaceful tranquility, no neighbours and mediterranean climate make this place a special one.

Residence

Our residence consists out of two modern houses, built in 2011. The buildings are spacious and light flooded. Large windows, open to all sides, making sure that, wherever you are in the houses, you’re always still in the middle of the nature outside, witnessing the weather closely.

House 1 consists of just two rooms, spread over 500 sqm, the living- and kitchen area and bed- and bathroom area with sauna, open shower and a free standing bath tub.

Watch the 360° tour :
House 2 has the same amount of square meters, hosting five bedrooms, each with bathroom en suite, a living- and kitchen area and a yoga/dance room.

Around the houses is lots of garden space, a big terrace with a 24 m salt water pool and many quiet corners to hide.

Mares

We are hosting around 20 horses right now, half of them are foals, some pregnant ladies and two machos.

We are mainly breeding the spanish thoroughbreed,  but there is also an arabian lady and some crossbreeds.

All our horses are trained in a natural horsemanship way in our covered round pen and large riding corral.

Most of their time they spend outside in the herd though.

They are fed with homegrown oat, ryegrass and alfalfa, trying to keep their life as natural and healthy as possible

Foals

Here are some of our foals. All born here and named after old villas around the Lake Como, long story. Spanish horses with italian names though…..
